Peter has a background in mathematical education and research. His work is structured yet playful, using vivid colours and drawing inspiration from Mondrian, Pointillism and Aboriginal Dream Painting, spanning from formal portraiture to imaginary scenes, from abstract to traditional landscapes. Some of his pieces are on display at the Royal College of Midwives in London, at the Elton John Research Unit and the Salvation Army Congress Hall in Brighton. He has exhibited in various galleries in Brighton and London and his work attracts private collectors around the world.
Peter uses studio space at Bailey Contemporary Arts and is always happy to show and discuss his current work as well as commissions for local scenes and portraits. He also runs workshops and one to one art lessons for beginners and professionals alike. Peter was the winner of an Art Means Business award for the best urban piece in 2016.
